Students submit enrollment requests through the course catalog. Administrators or assigned instructors review and approve or reject requests. Until approved, paid course content remains locked.
Free courses may be activated immediately or after approval depending on course settings. No payment is required for free enrollments.
Paid course fees and payment methods are communicated during enrollment or by our admissions team. Access is granted only after payment confirmation and enrollment approval where applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment if no substantial course content has been accessed. Partial refunds may apply after that period at management discretion. Certificates already issued are not refundable.
We may revoke enrollment for academic dishonesty, harassment, or breach of terms. Revoked students forfeit access without refund unless otherwise required by law.
